Copyright Policy

e-B/L Korea holds the copyright to all contents.

All contents provided by e-B/L Korea including web documents, attached files, and DB information, are protected according to copyright laws, and thus e-B/L Korea holds the copyright to all contents excluding those with separate copyright notices.

Therefore, any reproduction or redistribution of contents provided by uTrade Hub is prohibited according to Clause 5 of Article 97 of the copyright laws, and will fall under the category of Infringement of Economic Laws.

In case of wanting to profit or obtain any type of benefit using the contents provided by e-B/L Korea, there must be prior negotiation or agreement with e-B/L Korea, and the source of the contents must be clearly indicated as e-B/L Korea.

In case of posting the contents of e-B/L Korea legally on other internet websites, reproduction of the contents, excluding simple correction of errors, may result in criminal penalty. Even when creating a link to e-B/L Korea from a different website, e-B/L Korea must be notified beforehand.
