Transfer of an e-B/L
The owner of an e-B/L can electronically transfer the e-B/L to others through the e-B/L registration authority, and will lose ownership once the e-B/L is transferred.
The transferee of the e-B/L will acquire ownership of the transferred e-B/L and then can carry out the electronic tasks provided by the registration authority using the e-B/L.

Apply for e-B/L transfer
The owner of the e-B/L completes the application and requests the delivery to the transferee
You can apply only if the owner is indicated as the transferee on the E-title registry, and both the transferor and transferee must be registered for e-B/L Korea services.
E-title registry status of transferrable B/L
To transfer the e-B/L, the status of the B/L on the E-title registry must be 'normal.'
When applying for conversion to a paper B/L or for purchase, the status of the B/L will be 'applying' on the E-title registry and you cannot apply for transfer.
Transference
The ownership indicated on the E-title registry will be transferred from the transferor to the transferee, and when the transferring process has been completed, the transferee will acquire ownership of the e-B/L.
Transferee's e-B/L inquiry and electronic use
The transferee can view the e-B/L and carry out the electronic distribution of the e-B/L provided by e-B/L Korea services.
