Delivery request of goods

• The owner of the paper B/L may request the carrier to deliver the goods through the e-B/L registration authority.
• The carrier who received the request for the delivery of goods will decide whether the goods are deliverable and approve or reject the delivery request and notifies the registration authority of the decision.

Delivery request of goods

• The owner of the e-B/L requests delivery for goods listed on the e-B/L to the carrier
• e-B/L Korea services delivers the request to the carrier

Delivery request results

• The carrier indicates the approval or denial of the delivery request after checking if the delivery is possible, e-B/L Korea delivers the results to the requester.

Restricting ownership

• If a delivery of goods is requested, the change of ownership on the E-title registry will be restricted so that the use of the e-B/L for other purposes (transfer request, purchase requests, etc.) will be restricted, and if the delivery request is rejected, the restrictions of ownership will be cancelled.

e-B/L redemption

• If the e-B/L goods have been redeemed, the carrier will transmit an e-B/L redemption notification to the registration authority, and the registration authority will close the ownership of the redeemed e-B/L and transmit the notification to the owner.
• An e-B/L of which ownership has been closed cannot be used for electronic business.

Transmission of redemption notification of the carrier

• The carrier who received the delivery request can request the transmission of the redemption information to the owner using e-B/L Korea services.

Closure of e-B/L ownership

• If the redemption notification of the goods is received, the ownership on the registry of the e-B/L will be closed and will no longer be effective.
